1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and wlnvlp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wlnvlp website, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, and all related services collectively referred to as "the Platform Services".

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

wlnvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to wlnvlp is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wlnvlp operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any part of the Platform that involves real-money activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason, including a self-exclusion request you submitted voluntarily.
• You are not a person whose account has been closed or suspended by wlnvlp for any previous breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of wlnvlp or any of its associated game providers or technology partners.

wlnvlp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity document, passport, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the preceding three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in any request will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account, and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the wlnvlp Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wlnvlp employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate account activity and reserves the right to close any or all accounts involved and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact information. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. wlnvlp shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform through your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Platform support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

wlnvlp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account verification status, payment method, and active bonus conditions.

All funds deposited to your wlnvlp account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment instruments belonging to another individual are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the relevant funds will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Platform FAQ. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and the volume of requests being processed at any given time. Withdrawals are not available to accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements — the wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted. wlnvlp reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

wlnvlp may from time to time make bonus offers, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives available to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, which terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the Platform:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be voided without compensation.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between accounts.
• wlnvlp reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are in progress of being wagered.
• If wlnvlp determines that a player has abused, exploited, or attempted to circumvent the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play strategies, or any other irregular activity — it reserves the right to void the bonus, void winnings derived from it, and close the account.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the wlnvlp sportsbook — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events — are subject to the specific rules published for each market. In the event of a conflict between a specific market rule and these General Terms, the specific market rule shall prevail in relation to that market.

wlnvlp reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without completion of a sufficient portion of play as defined in the applicable market rules; an obvious pricing error occurs as a result of technical malfunction; the bet is placed after the relevant market has closed; or the stake was placed in contravention of these Terms.

All casino game results — including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and all slot titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and other certified providers — are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. wlnvlp does not influence individual game outcomes. Where a technical fault causes an incomplete game round, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wlnvlp makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or defects in the software, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur without prior notice, though wlnvlp will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

In all circumstances where wlnvlp is found to be liable to a player in connection with these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of wlnvlp to that player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnvlp Platform — including but not limited to the wlnvlp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, marketing materials, and proprietary software — is the exclusive intellectual property of wlnvlp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform content without prior written authorisation from wlnvlp.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact wlnvlp support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. wlnvlp will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal process. wlnvlp's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account balances will be final and binding, subject only to the correction of manifest errors.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of wlnvlp to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wlnvlp with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.

wlnvlp may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without your prior consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
